1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of Bill iZi, published by Raxoon Studios. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.
2. Licence
Raxoon Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bill iZi for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms.
3. Your responsibilities
Bill iZi helps you create invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the legal, accounting and tax compliance of the documents you generate under the rules applicable to your activity and country. Raxoon Studios does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.
4. Availability and warranty
The app is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Your data is stored locally; you are responsible for making backups using the export function. Raxoon Studios cannot be held responsible for loss of data, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
5. Advertising and purchases
Invoicing features are available for free with advertising. Ads are served by Unity Ads on iOS and iPadOS, and by Start.io on Android. Advertising choices and data processing are described in the privacy policy.
A one-time purchase removes ads. A monthly or yearly support subscription removes ads while it remains active. Purchases are handled by Apple on iOS and iPadOS, and by Google Play on Android. See the Sales Terms for payment, renewal and restoration details.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its code, design and trademarks belong to Raxoon Studios. Documents you create with Bill iZi belong to you.
7. Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Raxoon Studios may suspend availability of the app if these terms are breached. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it through the store that bills you.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec (Canada). Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your place of residence.
