1. Optional purchases
Invoicing features are available for free with ads. Optional purchases remove advertising:

2. Price and payment
The store displays the price and period before confirmation. Apple handles payment through your App Store account on iOS and iPadOS. Google Play handles payment through your Google account on Android. Raxoon Studios does not receive your payment details.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the store that bills you. Manage them in iOS/iPadOS Settings → your account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. The terms and dates displayed by your store apply. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; ad-free access continues until the stated expiry, subject to store rules and applicable rights. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Restoration
Restoring or checking purchases retrieves your entitlements using the store account used for the purchase. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate and do not automatically transfer between iOS and Android. Raxoon Studios has no shared user account linking these purchases.
5. Refunds and applicable rights
Store terms and your statutory rights continue to apply. For an Apple refund request, use Report a Problem. For Google Play, consult its refund policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund it. For a technical issue with the app, contact support@raxoon.com.
6. Changes to offers
Offers may change. The price displayed by the store before confirmation applies. Changes to active subscriptions follow the notifications and procedures of the store that bills you, and applicable rules.
