These terms govern the in-app purchases offered in the Cliché application.
1. Apple's role
Purchases are made exclusively through Apple's App Store. Apple acts as distributor and handles collection, invoicing and payment-related service (Apple Media Services Terms). We neither collect nor store any payment data.
2. Products and prices
Prices are displayed in the app, including applicable taxes where relevant, before confirmation. They vary by country and Apple price tier. For guidance:

Free cameras: 10 free cameras per month are offered to everyone. This is a commercial, non-contractual offer: it may change.
3. Nature of the products
- Consumables (packs, fast development): single use, repurchasable. "Cameras" and credits are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Non-consumable (ad-free): one-time purchase, restorable via "Restore purchases".
4. Subscription (automatic renewal)
- The Cliché+ subscription (20 cameras/month, no ads, fast development included) is monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase, then at each renewal.
- Management and cancellation: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Delivery and refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. Since after-sales service is provided by Apple, any refund request must be made to Apple. The rights granted to consumers by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (or, for EU residents, mandatory local law) remain applicable.
6. Claims and governing law
