These terms govern the in-app purchases offered in the Cliché application from version 1.2.0, on iOS and Android.
1. Apple's and Google's role
On iPhone and iPad, purchases are made exclusively through Apple's App Store; on Android, exclusively through Google Play. The relevant store acts as distributor and handles collection, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, restoration and refunds, under its own terms. We neither collect nor store any payment data.
2. Offers and prices
The price applicable in your country, in your local currency and including applicable taxes where relevant, is displayed by the store before you confirm the purchase. It may vary by country and store.

Free offer: in version 1.2.0, one free custom camera per month is offered, plus a separate monthly capsule; an optional video ad gives one bonus per month. This is a commercial, non-contractual offer: it may change.
3. Nature of the products
- Non-consumables (Ad-free for life, Unlimited cameras for life, Everything for life): one-time purchase, restorable via "Restore purchases" with the store account used for the purchase.
- Consumable (fast development): single use, repurchasable. "Cameras" and credits are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Cliché+ subscriptions (automatic renewal)
- Cliché+ comes in two distinct periods, monthly and annual. The annual subscription is paid in full at the start of each year, not in monthly instalments.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled in the relevant store according to its rules. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account at purchase, then at each renewal.
- Management and cancellation: on iOS, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Cancelling a subscription does not uninstall the app, and uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
5. Earlier purchases and older versions
The former camera packs and the former 20-cameras-per-month subscription are not part of the version 1.2.0 offers. Credits already purchased remain usable and existing subscribers keep their rights. Earlier versions of the app may keep their former purchase flow.
6. Delivery, restoration and refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. Purchases are restored with the Apple or Google Play account used for the purchase; they are not automatically transferred between iOS and Android. Since after-sales service is provided by the store, any refund request must be made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Google Play refund policy). The rights granted to consumers by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (or, for EU residents, mandatory local law) remain applicable.
7. Claims and governing law
Questions about a purchase: contact@raxoon.com; payment disputes: Apple or Google Play, depending on the store used; consumer recourse in Quebec: Office de la protection du consommateur. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada.
