1. Purpose

Paxelia presents Bible verses and Christian reflection texts: a daily thought, thematic draws, favorites, and voluntary sharing. By using the application, you agree to these terms. The application is intended for an audience aged 13 and over.

2. License

Studios Raxoon inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application on devices you own or control, in compliance with the rules of the store from which you obtained it (Apple's App Store or Google Play).

3. Content

The verses come from the following editions, one per language:

The texts from Christian authors come from public domain works and translations, extracted from primary sources—Wikisource, Project Gutenberg—and each has its source listed in the app's data; the "Sources" screen in the Settings summarizes them.

The content is offered for inspirational or reflective purposes. It does not constitute advice, nor medical or therapeutic opinion.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

The application offers three products, processed by Apple on iOS and by Google Play Billing on Android:

1. Ad-Free — one-time purchase: permanently removes ads and unlocks Explore and search. The free limit of 10 random draws per day remains; the Ink/Minimal card styles and the supporter badge are not included.
2. Monthly Support — subscription renewed monthly.
3. Annual Support — subscription renewed annually.

During their validity, both subscriptions provide the same benefits: no ads, Explore and search, unlimited random draws, Ink/Minimal card styles, and the supporter badge. A subscriber does not need to purchase "Ad-Free" separately.

The applicable price and frequency are those displayed in the store and on the purchase screen at the time of confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, which is done in your Apple or Google Play account; uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription. Purchases are linked to the store account used and are not automatically transferred between iOS and Android. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's procedures and the rights applicable to you.

5. Advertising

The free version may display banner ads provided by a third party (Start.io). See the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The application, its design, and its brand belong to Studios Raxoon inc. Public domain texts remain in the public domain, and licensed texts remain subject to their license; your favorites belong to you.

7. No Warranty

The application is provided "as is," without warranty of being error-free or of continuous availability, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studios Raxoon inc. shall not be liable for any indirect damages related to the use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's headquarters, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
