Report a bug

In the game, the “Report a bug” button opens a prepared email with the game name and version. You choose what you write and decide whether to send it.

Useful details

Include the game version, your device model and operating system, and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot can help.

Restore the full story

Use restore purchases in the game with the same store and account used for the purchase. A purchase made with Apple is not transferred to Google, and vice versa.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store: Apple · Google Play.

Saves

Saves are local. You can delete them in the game or by uninstalling the app; system backups are managed in your device settings.

Security

We will never ask for your password or banking details.
