1. Publisher

2. In the app

The game requires no Raxoon account and includes no advertising SDK or analytics tool. The game sends no telemetry to the developer automatically.

Your progress, save names and settings are stored locally on your device. They may be included in system backups (such as iCloud or Google backup), which Apple or Google manage according to your settings.

3. Store purchases

The single “full story” in-app purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). These stores process the transaction and your payment data under their own policies. The app only checks the purchase status to unlock content; Raxoon has no access to your card numbers.

4. Voluntary emails

The “Report a bug” button opens your email app with a prepared message stating the game and its version. You choose the content and decide whether to send it; nothing is sent automatically.

If you write to us, we use your email address and message content to reply. Sending goes through your email provider and ours.

5. Website and hosting

When you open these pages, your browser contacts our host and its technical providers, which may process connection data (such as your IP address) and use logs or technical cookies needed for the site to work and stay secure.

6. Retention

Email exchanges are kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet our applicable obligations. Local game data stays on your device until you delete it.

7. Your rights and deletion

You can request access to or deletion of your exchanges with us by writing to Contact+alcyon@raxoon.com.

There is no account to delete. You can erase your saves from the game or by uninstalling the app; system backups are managed separately in your Apple or Google settings.

We cannot delete transaction data kept by Apple or Google; please contact the relevant store.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
