1. Publisher

Code Alcyon is published by Raxoon Studios (Studios Raxoon inc.). Contact: Contact+alcyon@raxoon.com.

2. Personal use

The game is offered for your personal use. You agree to respect the rights in its content (texts, images, sounds, characters) and applicable law, and not to copy or redistribute it without permission.

3. Operation and saves

The game uses local saves on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may erase your progress, subject to the system backups you manage.

4. Buying the full story

The beginning of the game is free. The rest unlocks with a single non-consumable in-app purchase, no subscription, through the App Store or Google Play; the price is shown by the store before purchase.

You can restore your purchase with the same store and the same account. Purchases are not transferred between Apple and Google.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the store where you bought, under its rules and your legal rights: Apple · Google Play.

6. Apple license

On iOS, Apple’s standard end user license agreement also applies: Apple license agreement.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
