- your device model and iOS version;
- the app version (iOS Settings › Chromatch);
- a clear description of the issue or request;
- a screenshot or video if it's a visual bug.
Before writing to us

- For a purchase, refund or subscription issue, management goes through Apple: iOS Settings › your account › Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
