This Privacy Policy explains how Raxoon Studios processes information when you use the Chromatch mobile application (the "Application"). We designed the Application to collect as little data as possible: it does not require an account, and we do not operate any proprietary servers for the game.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or the creation of an account. Your progress, scores, settings, and purchases are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them.
2. Data Processed by Third Parties
a) Advertising — Start.io
The free version of the Application displays ads served by Start.io Inc. As an advertising partner, Start.io may process:
- Device information (model, iOS version, language, screen characteristics)
- The IP address and the approximate location (at the city level) derived from it
- The advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you authorize tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Crash and diagnostic data, for service reliability
Start.io also states that it may process precise location. The Application never requests permission to access your location, so iOS cannot transmit it to the Application. However, we mention this possibility for transparency, in accordance with the statements of our advertising partner.
Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR): personalized advertising is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time; contextual advertising and fraud prevention are based onlegitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). If you refuse tracking, ads will still be displayed but will not be personalized.
You can withdraw your consent to tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Start.io's Privacy Policy: start.io/policy/privacy-policy-site.
All advertising (and the associated data processing by Start.io within the Application) is removed if you purchase "Remove Ads" or have an active supporter subscription.
b) Apple — Purchases and Game Center
- In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment information. Anonymized receipts are used on the device to unlock your purchases.
- Game Center (leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer) is operated by Apple through your Apple account. Your Game Center nickname and submitted scores are visible to other players according to your Game Center settings.

3. What We Do With the Data
Raxoon Studios does not receive any personal data from the Application. We only consult aggregated and anonymous statistics provided by Apple (App Store Connect) and Start.io (ad revenue dashboards), which we cannot link to any individual user.
4. Data Retention Periods
Data stored on your device remains there until the Application is deleted or its data is reset in the Application's settings. The retention of data processed by Start.io and Apple is governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, and opposition regarding your personal data. For data processed by Start.io or Apple, the most effective way to exercise these rights is to contact them directly; however, we will forward any request sent to support@raxoon.com. You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in France, this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Minors
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children; the Application itself does not collect any personal data, and advertising tracking requires explicit consent, which is unavailable on children's Apple accounts.
7. International Transfers
Start.io and Apple may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by the safeguards described in their privacy policies (including, where applicable, the EU's standard contractual clauses).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date indicated above. Significant changes will be notified within the Application.
