1. Purpose
Root.in is a habit tracking application ('Dos' to accomplish, 'Don'ts' to avoid), available on iOS and Android. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. License
Raxoon Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android).
3. Honest Use
Root.in is based on self-reporting: you alone validate your goals. The scores, streaks, and plants reflect what you declare. The app is a motivational tool, with no contractual value or guarantee of results.
4. In-App Purchases
The app offers in-app purchases: a one-time "Ad-free" purchase and monthly and yearly support subscriptions. On iOS, they are processed by Apple (StoreKit); on Android, by Google Play Billing. Prices and periods are shown in the app before any payment confirmation. The "Ad-free" purchase and an active support subscription remove ad banners for the duration of the active entitlement; the support video remains optionally accessible. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which is done in the relevant store. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases are restored using the same store account; purchases are not transferred automatically between Apple and Google. Refunds are governed by the rules of the relevant store, subject to your mandatory rights.
5. Advertising
The free version displays ad banners provided by third parties. On iOS, version 2.0.0 uses Unity Ads; earlier iOS versions may use Start.io. On Android, ads are provided by Start.io. From version 2.0.0 onwards, no ad is forced when creating a habit. See the privacy policy for details on the data.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, its illustrations (seeds/plants), and its 'Root.in' trademark are the property of Raxoon Studios. Your content data remains yours.
7. No Warranty
The app is provided 'as is', without any warranty against errors or of continuous availability. Back up your important data (an export function is provided).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Raxoon Studios shall not be liable for any indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
