1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Palette Town application published by Raxoon Studios. By installing or using the app, you accept them.
2. Service description
Palette Town lets you create color palettes, test them with fonts, preview the result on native iOS components and save favorites locally. The app is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
3. License
Raxoon Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not decompile, modify, resell it or extract its content for redistribution.
4. Your creations
The palettes and styles you compose belong to you. They are stored on your device, so you are responsible for backing them up (device iCloud/iTunes backup, exports). Uninstalling the app may permanently delete them.
5. Ads and in-app purchases
The app is free and supported by banner ads. A one-time in-app purchase removes them. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store: billing, refunds and purchase restoration are managed by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
6. Liability
Palette Town is a creative aid. Raxoon Studios cannot be held liable for the design choices you make, for whether a visual identity infringes third-party rights, or for the loss of local data. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you may have paid for the app.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its name, icon and original content remain the property of Raxoon Studios. Fonts offered in the app remain subject to their respective authors' licenses.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue distribution or change features.
9. Governing law
