1. General principle
Palette Town works without an account. Your palettes, styles, favorite fonts and settings are stored locally on your device. Raxoon Studios does not host any database containing your creations and has no access to them.
2. Data we do not collect
- No account, name, postal address or phone number.
- No photos, contacts or precise location.
- No sale or rental of data to third parties.
3. Data processed by third-party services
Advertising (Start.io)
The app displays lightweight banner ads served by our advertising partner. To operate, it may process technical data: advertising identifier, device type, OS version, language, country and ad display data. On iOS, this data is used for ad tracking only if you agree through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized.
You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
In-app purchases (Apple)
The one-time ad-removal purchase is handled by Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details or identity: only purchase validity is checked by StoreKit on your device.
App Store analytics
Apple may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with us (downloads, crashes, iOS versions). They cannot identify you.
4. Legal basis and retention
Advertising processing relies on your consent; purchase-related processing relies on contract performance. Local data stays on your device as long as the app is installed — delete it from within the app or by uninstalling Palette Town.
5. Children
Palette Town is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
6. Your rights
Under Quebec Law 25, the GDPR and other applicable laws, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Because we store no personal data on our servers, these rights are mainly exercised on your device; for any question, write to contact+palette-town@raxoon.com.

This policy may change along with the app. The last-updated date shown above prevails.
