1. Publisher
The Mon0 app ("the app") is published by Raxoon Studios ("we"). Contact: contact+mon0@raxoon.com.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the app, a collection of word and number games. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
3. Use of the app
The app is provided for personal, private and non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
- disrupt or misuse the operation of the app or of Apple's services (including Game Center);
- use the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
4. Account and leaderboards
The app requires no account with us. Leaderboards and achievements rely on Game Center, a service provided by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of Game Center, which is outside our control.
5. Daily content
The app offers refreshed content (challenges, grids, words). We strive to ensure its quality but provide it "as is", without warranty of accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its trademarks ("Mon0", "Raxoon") and its code are protected and belong to us or are licensed to us. No rights are assigned to you beyond the right to use the app under the conditions set out here.
Some linguistic data is derived from Lexique 3 (Boris New & Christophe Pallier, lexique.org), distributed under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The derived content pool is redistributed under the same licence, with attribution.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
The app is free and displays an ad banner. There are two ways to remove it:
- Ad-free — a one-time, permanent purchase tied to your Apple account;
- Supporter — a monthly or yearly subscription, which also removes ads and supports updates.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged by Apple upon confirmation of purchase. The prices shown in the app prevail and may vary by country.
In accordance with Apple's rules, purchases can be restored from the "Ad-free" screen.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in case of gross negligence or where the law forbids it.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue distribution of the app, in particular for technical or legal reasons.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, the update date prevailing. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, failing an amicable resolution, under the competent French courts.
