MON0 ("the app") is published by Raxoon Studios ("we"). This policy explains which data the app processes. In short: the app creates no account, runs on no server of ours, and collects no personal data on our systems.
Summary
- No account, no signup. The app plays right away.
- No server of ours. We operate no user database.
- Everything stays on your device: scores, preferences and player names are stored locally, in the app's private space.
- Advertising: a banner is displayed to players who have not purchased its removal. It is served by Start.io, an advertising partner.
- No analytics tool on our side, and no sale of data by us.
Data processed and stored locally
The app stores the following on your device, solely to let you play:
- your preferences (light/dark theme, sounds, haptics, daily reminder);
- your best scores and times, games played, your daily challenge streak;
- the player names you enter yourself for multiplayer games on the same device.
This data never leaves your device because of the app. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no access to it.
Advertising (Start.io)
The banner is served by Start.io (StartApp SDK). To select ads, this partner may process technical and advertising data: the device advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you consent to it), IP address, device type, language and country. This processing is Start.io's, under its privacy policy: start.io/policy/privacy-policy-site-services.
In accordance with Apple's rules, the app asks for your permission before any advertising tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the banner is still displayed but ads are not personalized. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Removing ads: the "Ad-free" purchase or a Supporter subscription permanently removes the banner — and with it any call to the advertising partner.
Purchases and subscriptions
The app offers a one-time purchase and subscriptions (monthly, yearly). Payments are handled by Apple; we neither receive nor store your payment details. The validity of your purchase is checked on device by StoreKit, with no server of ours.
Game Center (Apple) — optional
If you are signed in to Game Center (Apple's gaming service), and only then, the app submits your scores to leaderboards and reports achievements through Apple's GameKit interface. This processing is carried out by Apple, under Apple's responsibility and its own privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy. We neither receive nor store this information. If you do not use Game Center, the app remains fully playable.
Daily content — what goes over the network
Every day, the app downloads game content files (grids, words, challenges) published as static files on GitHub Pages (kleavor-rxn.github.io). This is a plain download request: no personal data is sent. As with any internet request, the hosting provider (GitHub) may technically log the originating IP address; we do not receive or use those logs.
Notifications
The app can, if you enable it, schedule a local notification to remind you of your daily challenge. This notification is generated on your device; it goes through no server and involves no data transmission. You can disable it at any time in the app or in iOS settings.
Children
We collect no personal data. The app does however display third-party advertising: if it is intended for a young audience, enable restricted tracking in iOS settings, or remove ads through the corresponding purchase.
Your rights
Since no personal data is collected on our systems, there is no profile to access, correct or delete on our side. Local data belongs to you: you can erase it by resetting or uninstalling the app. For any question about your rights (GDPR), write to us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date at the top of the document prevails. Notable changes will be announced on apps.raxoon.com.
