These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Bóbr Krunch mobile application ("the App"), published by Raxoon Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store rules.
2. What You Cannot Do
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App, except to the extent permitted by law; (b) bypass, cheat, or manipulate the game, leaderboards, or reward mechanisms; (c) use automated tools (bots); (d) use the App in an illegal manner or in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
3. Age
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using it, you declare that you are of the required age, or are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
- The App offers in-app purchases (coin packs, support options), which are processed and billed by Apple through the App Store, according to Apple's terms.
- Coins and other virtual items have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged or converted into money, and are only usable within the App.
- Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions (notably the right of withdrawal applicable to digital content) or Apple's policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
- We may change the prices, offerings, or game balance at any time.
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements, including rewarded ads (which you choose to watch to obtain bonuses), provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. The processing of advertising data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Leaderboards (Game Center)
The use of leaderboards via Game Center is subject to Apple's terms. We may reset, correct, or remove scores in case of cheating or anomalies.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its code, graphics, characters (including "Bóbr Krunch"), sounds, and content are the property of Raxoon Studios or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license above.
8. Availability and Updates
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App (including features, levels, or the Daily Challenge) at any time.
9. Warranties and Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall not be engaged for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory legal rights you benefit from as a consumer.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to the mandatory protective provisions applicable to consumers.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms; the "Last Updated" date will be revised, and significant changes will be reported in the App. By continuing to use the App, you accept the updated Terms.
