This policy describes how the Bóbr Krunch mobile application ("the App"), published by Raxoon Studios ("we", "us"), processes data when you use it. We have designed Bóbr Krunch to collect a minimal amount of data.

2. The Principle: No Account, No Direct Collection
Bóbr Krunch does not ask you to register, nor for any name or email address. We do not create any user profiles on our servers.
Your game progress (coins, lives, high scores, advancement) is stored locally on your device (via standard iOS storage). We do not have access to it, and it is deleted if you uninstall the App.
The daily levels are downloaded from a public server as simple dated files; this request does not send any personal data about you (beyond the technical information inherent in any connection, such as the IP address, which is processed by the hosting provider).
3. Advertising and Tracking
To finance a free-to-play game, the App displays rewarded ads (which you choose to watch) provided by our partner Start.io (public app ID: 206749973).
Upon first use, the App directly presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. We do not display any screen before it.
- If you accept, the advertising identifier (IDFA) and usage data may be used to personalize ads.
- If you refuse, or if you do not respond, the ads remain non-personalized, without ad tracking.
Your response is transmitted to the Start.io SDK (via setUserConsent) and nothing is stored on our side: the App re-reads the iOS setting at each launch. You can change it at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and the change is applied on the next launch. The shortcut Settings › Privacy › "Tracking & Personalized Ads" within the App takes you there directly.
In the context of ad delivery, Start.io may process data such as: device/advertising identifiers, approximate IP address, device type and system, and interactions with ads. This processing is governed by the Start.io privacy policy.
We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools outside of this advertising SDK.
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases (coin packs, support) are managed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information; it is processed by Apple according to its own privacy policy.
5. Game Center (Optional)
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores from the "Daily Challenge" may be submitted to the leaderboard. Game Center is a service provided by Apple; the associated data (nickname, scores) are processed by Apple according to its policy. You can play without Game Center (in which case, scores remain solely on your device).
6. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): personalized advertising / tracking (ATT).
- Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): displaying non-personalized ads and operating the game.
- Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing game features and purchases.
7. Recipients / Data Processors
- Start.io — advertising network.
- Apple — App Store (purchases), Game Center (leaderboards), system services.
- Level files hosting provider — distribution of level files.
We do not sell your data.
8. Transfers Outside the European Union
Some of these service providers may process data outside the EU (particularly in the United States). These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.), in accordance with the policies of the relevant service providers.
9. Data Retention Period
- Local game data: until the App is uninstalled.
- Advertising data: according to Start.io's policy.
- Game Center / purchase data: according to Apple's policies.
10. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Since we do not hold an account in your name:
- Local data is deleted by uninstalling the App.
- For advertising data, you can withdraw your consent in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking (with a shortcut from Settings › Privacy in the App) and exercise your rights directly with Start.io.

You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority) (www.cnil.fr).
11. Children
Bóbr Krunch is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are under the age of digital consent applicable in your country, do not enable personalized ads.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will be modified accordingly; significant changes will be reported within the App.
