Overview

Tilt! is free and offers an optional “No Ads” purchase and optional support subscriptions. Profiles and game progress stay on your device. On iOS and Android, Unity Ads may display a banner; the game may also promote other studio apps. On iOS, you may choose to launch a support video. In the production Android version covered by this policy, rewarded support videos are disabled pending validation on a device. Refusing personalized advertising does not stop all technical collection by the provider.

Data on your device

The app stores nicknames, avatars, scores, records, medals, history and settings locally, along with the last known state of your purchase or subscription entitlement. It also stores your birth year or refusal to provide it, and your advertising choice with its date and text version. On iOS, it additionally stores reminders.

Tilt! creates no online account and sends no profiles or scores to a studio server. System backups may include local data depending on your settings. Tilt! has no account synchronization service.

Advertising on iOS and Android

Tilt! uses Unity Ads 4.21.0 on iOS and Android. The service starts after the birth-year question is answered and, for a profile eligible for personalization, after its advertising choice. The code does not send your birth year to Unity. It sends privacy settings calculated from the profile and its choice; on iOS, it also sends an age-group signal.

Personalization is offered only when the supplied birth year is at least 17 years before the current year. This calculation verifies neither actual age nor legal adulthood. Younger profiles, profiles with unknown or declined birth years, and duels use non-behavioral settings. These settings do not certify compliance with every rule concerning children.

On Android, personalization requires an eligible profile's explicit choice. On iOS, it requires both the profile's choice and iOS tracking permission. You may refuse and keep playing. Change the profile's choice in Settings → Privacy and the year in the profile settings. Withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings. A more restrictive change discards loaded ads and reloads subsequent ones; it does not erase data Unity already holds.

Data processed by Unity

Unity discloses processing user and device identifiers, approximate location, interactions and advertising data, usage and performance data, and technical information. Its supplier disclosures also mention purchase history. Tilt!'s code does not explicitly send nicknames, scores or purchase transactions to Unity; this does not establish that the SDK performs no collection of its own. Reporting an ad may also send information you provide to Unity.

According to the confirmation received from Unity, purchase-history data is not used for tracking across apps.

Depending on the data type, these uses support service operation, advertising and analytics. Advertising tracking is possible in the personalized path chosen by an eligible profile and, on iOS, authorized by the system. Non-personalized settings guarantee neither anonymity nor absence of processing. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for recipients, transfers, retention criteria and privacy procedures. The studio sets no retention period for Unity's own processing.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. The app uses StoreKit or Google Play Billing to retrieve products, make or restore purchases and verify the resulting entitlement on the device. On Android, it also uses transaction data for local verification and purchase acknowledgement with Google Play.

Tilt!'s code sends no transactions to a studio server. The studio receives no payment-card details in the app. The last known entitlement state is stored locally, including for offline operation. The one-time purchase does not renew; manage and cancel subscriptions in the Apple or Google Play account used for the purchase. Each store's own processing is covered by its privacy policy.

Reminders

On iOS, the daily reminder is optional and uses a local notification authorized by the system. Tilt! sends no notification token to a studio server.

Email support

When you email contact+tilt@raxoon.com, Studios Raxoon inc. receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send to answer your request. Email is provided through Microsoft 365. Support correspondence is deleted after 12 months. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Use the same address to request deletion of your correspondence.

Deletion and requests

Profile settings let you delete a profile and its local progress. Uninstalling removes local app data but does not automatically delete system backups, store purchase records, support emails or data previously sent to Unity. Deleting a profile does not cancel a subscription.

Email contact+tilt@raxoon.com about data the studio processes. The studio cannot recover local progress it never received. For advertising data, use Unity's procedures; we can help direct your request. Applicable rights depend on your circumstances and country.
