Terms — Mopi

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Terms of use for Mopi, published by Studios Raxoon inc., dated October 17, 2026.

Getting started

Create a household and organize recurring chores by room, with custom names and frequencies. One identity can join several households. Mopi is in preparation and is not yet available in any store.

Identity and invitations

There is no real-email account: Firebase Auth creates an anonymous technical identity. Sharing is optional. An invitation creates a request that the household manager must accept before any content can be read. The invitation code expires after 7 days and can be renewed.

A secret backup code can restore your identity and households after reinstalling. Keep it safe and never send it to support. Personal streaks and settings are local and are not restored with this code.

Acceptable use

Use Mopi lawfully and respectfully toward other members. Do not share your secret backup code or attempt to access a household without authorization. Respect others’ rights in shared names and images.

iOS purchases and support

Optional iOS purchases use StoreKit 2: a one-time purchase permanently removes BANNERS; a monthly or yearly support subscription removes them while active. The same chore features are available without a subscription. The voluntary interstitial remains accessible. Apple’s local price is shown before purchase; this site lists no fixed price. Android purchases are not yet implemented.

Apple handles payment, subscription management and cancellation; Mopi never receives card details. Restore purchases via Profile > Support Mopi. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and the Apple standard EULA.

Optional advertising

Unity Ads 4.21.0 is the only advertising SDK. Ads appear only after contextual opt-in, with personalization disabled and no ATT prompt. Refusing disables ads; you can change your choice in settings. The current beta uses TEST mode, not production ads. Formats include banners, optional rewarded video (freeze/streak protection), and a voluntary support interstitial without a reward, which remains accessible after banner removal. Under its policy, the SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location, device identifiers, interactions and diagnostics. There is no Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling Mopi or leaving a household does not delete server data; past completions may remain for household coherence. Full self-service deletion is not yet available. Email support@raxoon.com, identifying Mopi, your nickname and household, never your secret backup code. If you manage the household, explain your role and any management transfer needed. Requests are evaluated in light of shared data and applicable obligations; no specific timeframe is promised.

Liability

Mopi helps organize household chores without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or synchronization without a network. You remain responsible for household organization and shared content. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
