Impulse is a reflex game by Studios Raxoon inc., available on iPhone and on Android.
A question, a problem, an idea?
Write to us at support@raxoon.com. We answer within a few business days. For a technical problem, tell us your phone model and its iOS or Android version — it saves us a round trip. In the app, Settings → Report a bug prepares that email for you.
Frequently asked
How do I remove the ads?
Settings → Play without ads. It's a one-time purchase, permanent, and it restores free of charge on your other devices with the same Apple Account or Google account.
I already paid, but the ads are back.
Settings → Restore my purchases. If it persists, write to us with the email address of your Apple Account or Google account.
How do I cancel my support subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Impulse. On Android: the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Impulse. We have no control over subscriptions; Apple or Google manages them.
My scores have disappeared.
Stats are saved on the device and are not synced. Deleting the app erases them for good. Online leaderboards — Game Center on iPhone, Play Games on Android — are kept by Apple or Google and come back when you reinstall.
Is the daily challenge the same for everyone?
Yes. The three legs and their constraints are drawn from the date, in universal time: everyone gets the same trial at the same moment, and only one attempt counts. The same goes for the Daily Ware.
Can I play offline?
Entirely. Only leaderboards and ads need a connection.
What are streak reminders?
An evening reminder on the days you haven't played yet. It is offered after a few games, never on first launch, and can be turned off anytime in Settings. It is computed on the device: nothing is sent anywhere.
Accessibility
Sound and haptics can be turned off separately in Settings. On iPhone, Impulse respects the "Reduce Motion" setting: celebrations and particles disappear without taking anything away from the game.
