About the app

Lianora lets you read passages and quotes inspired by historical traditions. It is available on iOS and Android, subject to store availability. The text library is built in and reading requires no account.

Reading and settings

Favorites, reading language, text size, preferences and display options are saved locally on your device.

The language selector is in Settings; no restart is needed.

The experimental "original + translation" mode shows the available original above the translation on reading screens. Widgets and sharing use your chosen reading language.

Reminders and widget

Reminders are local and optional; they require system notification permission. Widget availability depends on the platform.

Texts and sources

The texts are editorial translations and reading adaptations; their sources are listed in the app. Some were prepared with AI assistance. They are neither a canonical translation nor content certified by a religious authority.

To report an error in a text, reference or translation, email contact+chinaquotes@raxoon.com with the app, language and reference concerned.

Technical issue

Email contact+chinaquotes@raxoon.com with your device model, OS version, app version and the steps to reproduce the issue. Never send us a password or banking details. This page has no form and no account to create.

Ads

Unity Ads 4.21.0 shows banners only after an explicit, optional choice in the app and after your purchase entitlements are checked. If you decline, reading remains available and only in-house promotions appear; third-party advertising stays inactive without this consent.

You can withdraw consent in Settings: new ad requests stop and the banner is removed. Withdrawal does not retroactively erase data already processed.

Requests are configured as non-behavioral (contextual): the app does not request ATT permission on iOS and does not deliberately enable personalization. This does not mean Unity processes no data. No filtering of ad categories is guaranteed.

In-house promotions feature other Raxoon apps or support offers. Premium users do not receive third-party banners, according to their recognized entitlements.

Purchases and restore

Depending on actual availability, offers may be provided through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing: an ad-free purchase, monthly support or yearly support. Price, currency and duration are shown by the store before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google; no banking details are shared with the developer. To restore or verify purchases, use the same store account in Settings.

Support is neither a charitable donation nor a tax benefit.
